Nocros Pro 50 Levelling CompoundNorcros Pro 50 Levelling Compound is a single component; fibre reinforced self-smoothing floor underlayment, suitable for use in thickness from 3–50 mm in one application.

The product is suitable for levelling a variety of substrates, including concrete, screed, flooring grade asphalt, terrazzo and existing quarry and vinyl tiles. Pro 50 is also suitable for use with under-tile heating mats.

Timber floors should be overlaid with 15–18 mm thick WBP or marine grade plywood, primed with Norcros Prime Bond

Application: All ground floors should incorporate a damp proof membrane.

Dusty or porous surfaces should be primed with Norcros Prime Bond diluted 1:4 with water. For impervious backgrounds a slurry bonding coat made of one part Norcros Prime Bond to two parts Norcros Pro 50 should be applied to the substrate using a soft brush.

Once dry the slurry will provide a key coat onto which the levelling compound will form a strong bond.
