Finishing:

Tekwarm Overlay Board is installed as a floating floor, while plywood should be securely fixed in place using appropriate fixings. Once the substrate is in place, you can apply laminates, hardwood flooring, or carpets using a suitable underlay according to the manufacturer's instructions.
