Fitting and Technical Specifications:

The Tekwarm Roofdek is designed for simple and efficient installation. For flat roofs, the board can be mechanically fixed directly onto the roof joists or existing flat roof surface, with the insulation layer facing down towards the interior of the building.

Ensure the roof structure is dry, clean and level before starting the installation. The boards should be staggered to avoid linear gaps and all board edges should be supported by rafters or noggins. Fixings should be positioned not less than 10mm from board edges and not less than 50mm from board corners.

The Tekwarm Roofdek offers both thermal and moisture resistance, and can accommodate a wide range of roofing finishes such as single-ply membrane, bituminous felt, or liquid applied systems.
